Agreement Summary

This agreement (“Agreement”) is between the client (“Client”) and Presti Consulting Group LLC, also known as or branded as Top Local Search Marketing™ (“TLSM”), for digital marketing services as outlined in your submitted service order. This includes all items described in your Scope of Work, Promise of Work Guarantee, and Service Deliverables.

By submitting your order and electronic signature, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

TLSM will deliver the services described in your online order form (Scope of Work / Promise of Work Guarantee / Service Deliverables). Work begins upon receipt of signed agreement and initial payment.

We reserve the right to adjust service execution if third-party platforms (e.g., Google, online directories, hosting platforms) change their policies or systems.

2. Pricing & Payment Terms

Client agrees to the following:

• Setup Fee:
  $999 one time setup fee

• Monthly Fee (automatically billed every 30 days)
  Local SEO & Google Business Profile Marketing $247/month
  Google Ads / PPC Management $399/month
  Content Creation & Social Media Marketing $1247/month
  Website Design & Development $2447 (one time, due upon launch)

• Commitment: 6-month minimum term

All payments are non-refundable and will be processed via secure credit card gateway. Payment confirms your full commitment to the service term. Services auto-renew monthly unless written cancellation notice is submitted after the minimum term.

3. Cancellation & Offboarding

• Client may cancel after the 6-month minimum term with 30 days written notice via email

• No early cancellation is permitted within the first 6 months

• If the client cancels or sells the business, both parties agree to work together to ensure a smooth, professional offboarding process, including knowledge transfer, access documentation, and transition of digital assets

4. Confidentiality

TLSM agrees to protect any confidential or proprietary information shared by the client, including login credentials, business data, and internal materials.

Likewise, the client agrees to maintain confidentiality on any proprietary TLSM frameworks, strategies, or internal materials that are not publicly available.

Confidentiality survives the termination of this agreement.

5. Ownership of Work

Client retains full ownership of all content and digital assets created under this agreement, including websites, videos, listings, blogs, and graphics. TLSM agrees to provide access or deliverables upon request at cancellation or transition.

6. Disputes & Mutual Respect

Should a conflict or misunderstanding arise, both parties agree to act in good faith and work toward a fair, professional resolution.

We view this as a two-way business partnership built on mutual respect, clear communication, and shared success. Our mission is always top-notch service and client satisfaction, and we aim to deliver that every step of the way.

E-Signature & Authorization

By submitting your electronic signature, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of all terms above. Your e-signature is legally binding and holds the same weight as a handwritten signature.

Authorized agents of the business may sign; however, the business owner is financially liable for all obligations under this agreement.
